The following is a full scope of projects I designed while at Ascend Sportswear.
Rebrand
I looked to highly modernize the existing logo that had a similar feel but had a much more powerful and sporty look. I also created elements to go along with the feel of the brand to compliment and contrast.
Logo Options
Brand Guideline Creation
(Color, Type, Element Design, Element Application, Pattern Design)
Design Proof Template
Ascend needed a newly branded template for customers to promote the re-branding.  Although I was the only designer there at the time, I left a place to leave the designer name to make it a more personalized experience.
Various Print Materials
The re-branding included various print materials to promote and enhance the brand. Utilizing the colors and elements, it sparked new ideas for pattern creation for the future retail line.
3D Mock-Up Development
Ascend needed a better way to show customers the gear they wanted. The flat panels was not a good way to help them envision the final product and sometimes got in the way of a client's ability to be excited. I made a rendering that transferred the exploded view designs into a 3D mock up for customer view. The project consisted of photography (that's me in the gear!), photo editing, retouching and smart object work and positioning.
Social Media
Ascend did not have a dedicated social media manager when I was there. Along with all the other creative projects, I made a few quick content posts every few days to enhance the social media presence. Many new customers would see the various designs and the posts helped them decide on an aesthetic for their own personal team.
Client Designs
During my 3 year tenure I completed 1000+ designs for clients. Every client was unique and varied from small teams, small companies, large corporations, non-profits, event-specific teams and even individuals. I worked with various parts of the teams to finalize designs that surpassed their expectations. I helped clients achieve their vision that had total freedom as well as companies that had many guidelines as to  what and what could not be shown as their brand. A high number of designs I did were on the first iteration.
After a design was finalized, I had to go through the very detailed process of choosing the right color for sublimation. I had to use color charts that were pre-printed at Ascend's factory to match from eye recognition. I cannot remember one instance where a customer had an issue with the colors I chose.
Retail Design
Research and surveys were held through digital media to narrow down best options for manufacturing. Trial and error with the designs led to interesting conclusions from hypotheses as to what designs would win.
